The Coffeenery offers courses accredited by the Ministry of Education, international programs from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), and globally recognized courses from The Coffee Quality Institute (CQI). Our curriculum covers all aspects of coffee production, from cultivation and processing to roasting and brewing. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive knowledge from basic to professional levels.

Trace the process of the coffee bean, from plantation to cup, and learn about what makes specialty coffee truly gourmet. Join our events such as our public cuppings and learn more about the coffee culture and business of Thailand.
Coffeenery Courses
Our Basic Level Courses provide a knowledge base that prepares a beginner in coffee for the professional level that our industry and it's customer's demand. From Roasting and Brewing to Barista and Shop Management, our courses are conducted daily.
SCA Courses
The Specialty Coffee Association is a non-profit member-based organization. The SCA developed an internationally recognized Coffee Skills Diploma Program that certifies coffee professionals around the globe.
CQI Courses
The Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) has been providing expert instruction since 1996 and has been the authority in coffee quality. Providing licensing to Arabica and Robusta Graders around the world and most recently releasing a series of Processing courses.
