Cloudy Hill Specialty Grade Coffee is pure Arabica, single origin, from Doi Mek in Chiang Dao District and Saket Dao in Doi Saket District, Chiang Mai. The coffee is grown under the shade of large trees at an altitude of 1,000–1,400 meters above sea level. We carefully hand-pick only fully ripe cherry coffee and pay close attention to every stage of processing, blending creativity with scientific principles. We regularly conduct coffee cupping to control and develop the flavor, ensuring the unique aroma and taste of the coffee are preserved, with expertise from The Coffeenery’s research team, certified by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). Additionally, we roast fresh to order for each purchase, catering to all specialty coffee enthusiasts.
